Butter Pecan Fudge recipe
Ingredients:
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 bag butterscotch chips
1
regular-size can Eagle milk (evaporated milk)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 min. Stir.
Pour into 8 x 8 inch bowl & let cool. Add whole pecans, before cooling,
to make a butter pecan fudge.
