Fudge Recipe
CREAM CHEESE FUDGE
RECIPE
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
8 oz. cream cheese
4 C. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 to 2 C. pecans or walnuts, as many as you prefer
Melt chocolate in microwave, then cool to room temperature. With cream
cheese at room temperature, mix cream cheese with chocolate. Add
confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Pat into an 8- or 9-inch pan.
Refrigerate a couple of hours before cutting. If you want a peanut butter
flavor, add 1/2 cup peanut butter and increase sugar to
5 cups.
