FUDGE RECIPE CRISPY FUDGE RECIPE 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/4 cup corn syrup 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar 2 cups rice krispies
In saucepan, combine butter, corn syrup, and chocolate chips. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and icing sugar, stirring until smooth, add cereal and mix well. Spread in a lightly greased 8x8-inch pan. Chill until set, for about 30minutes. If not consumed immediately, store in fridge.
Microwave directions: melt butter and syrup on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, until mixture is melted and starting to bubble. Stir after 45 seconds. Stir in chocolate chips until mixture is smooth. Proceed as above
