Fudge Recipe

MARSHMALLOW FLUFF FUDGE RECIPE

3/4 cup evaporated milk

1/4 cup butter or margarine

2-1/4 cups sugar

7 ounces marshmallow fluff

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts; optional

 

Butter 9-inch square pan. In heavy 3-quart saucepan, combine evaporated milk, butter, sugar and marshmallow cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to rolling

boil; boil and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Immediately add chips and vanilla, stirring

until smooth. Stir in nuts, if desired. Pour into prepared pan; cool completely. Cut into squares.
