Fudge Recipe
Vanilla Fudge Recipe
4 1/2 C. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 large pkg. vanilla chips
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1 jar Marshmallow Crème
1 1/2 C. chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Boil evaporated milk for exactly 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from
heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased pan. Cool and cut
into squares. Makes 5 pounds.
